Cellex-C G.L.A. Eye Balm is designed to firm and plump the delicate eye area. It contains Evening Primrose Oil to deeply hydrate and nourish, Aloe to soothe and further hydrate and Chamomile to calm the skin. The eye balm combats the signs of aging.*

Instructions

Apply a thin layer to the eye area after cleansing and toning. Avoid the eyelids and inner and outer corners of the eyes.
