This Brow Pencil creates defined brow hair strokes with its highly pigmented, ultra-fine tip. Its colors are all a shade darker than the pomade for 3D definition. Use the brush to gently blend all three stages together to create the perfect REFY brow.

Cyclopentasiloxane, Paraffin, Microcrystalline Wax, Isododecane, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Stearate, Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Phenoxyethanol.
