Use:

For medium to strong hair – apply the product on towel-dried hair and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse well. 

For medium to fine hair – apply the product on dry hair and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse well and wash your hair with shampoo as usual.

For extra nutrition – apply before and after shampooing as above. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
