Ashwagandha is a unique Indian plant, known as Indian ginseng, which supports:

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day.

It also contains: calcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate (coating agents), cellulose (binder), silicon dioxide (emulsifier).
