Solgar B-complex 50 is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules. It contains all the B vitamins. The composition of the capsules is also suitable for vegetarian vegans. It does not contain sugar, salt, gluten or artificial colors and preservatives.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) has a positive effect on the function of energy metabolism, nervous system and mental activity and has a positive effect on the functioning of the heart.
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) has a positive effect on the function of energy metabolism and the nervous system, contributes to the maintenance of normal condition of mucous membranes and red blood cells, has a positive effect on vision, supports iron metabolism, helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule every two days, ideally with food or as directed by a doctor.
