EPO-Evening Primrose Oil provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid that supports hormonal balance, healthy cytokine responses, skin integrity, and eye comfort.* GLA contributes to cell membrane health and prostaglandin production, helping to maintain menstrual comfort, menopausal symptom relief, skin hydration, and tear production.* Each softgel contains 45 mg of GLA from 500 mg of evening primrose oil.
Suggested Usage: 1 softgel one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
