Dosage and method of use
Epsom Salt Bath – Fill the tub with warm water and add Epsom Salt. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, there is half a cup (1 dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorb minerals from the water.Peeling – pour a small amount of salt into the palm of your hand, moisturize and massage into the skin.
