Suggested Usage: Refreshing Mist: 5 drops cypress, 4 drops lavandin, 9 drops grapefruit, 1 oz. water in a mister. Inner Strength: 5 drops each cypress and cedarwood, 1/4 c. water in a candle lamp diffuser.
