Let one teaspoon of the herbal mixture (approx. 2 g) boil for 3-5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water over it and leave to infuse for 10 minutes
Use
Himalayan herbs are traditionally left to simmer for at least 3-5 minutes when used as a means of optimizing the body’s mental and physical functions. The decoction prepared in this way has a stronger effect, a milder taste and has a beneficial effect on our digestion, which is important for the proper absorption of beneficial extracts from Himalayan herbs. We drink teas as part of our daily drinking regime for the duration of the restoration of the desired functions of the body. In the case of a cleansing herbal treatment, take the tea for 1-3 months in accordance with the daily dosage indicated on the package. Allow a one-week break after each pack has been consumed.
We recommend taking a maximum of two teas at the same time. Multiple teas can be alternated daily or weekly if they are used to normalize normal symptoms when the balance of physical or mental health is disturbed. We always drink teas separately with an interval of one hour. If we use them only as a supportive or stimulating agent, we can only leave the herbs to infuse without a limited period of use. For the optimal effect of the herbal decoction, we drink teas warm and before meals. The specific taste of each tea is part of the therapeutic action and corresponds to the Ayurvedic properties of the six tastes. Therefore, we recommend not adding any sweeteners.
