How to use

1. Store the cooler in the refrigerator or freezer. (After freezing for over 3 hours, it can be used at room temperature for more than 1 hour.) *For sensitive skin, please store in the refrigerator.
2. Check with your hand to ensure the cooling plate is at the appropriate temperature.
3. Apply a gel or cream suited for the area to be treated on your face and body, then gently press or rub the cooler.
