How to Use

Use: Take 5 pumps 1 hour prior to going outside (1.5 hours if any food in stomach). If over 175lbs, take 7 pumps. The dose should be repeated after 3 hours if remaining outside. Perspiration diminishes efficacy and requires another dose.
