Description
Fo-Ti (Polygonum multiflorum) is a climbing herbaceous perennial vine which is a member of the Polygonaceae plant family.
It has distinctive elongated heart shaped leaves, red stems, and pink or white flowers.
The root is a tuber which often has the distinction of looking like a little man.
Various parts of the plant, including the root, rhizome, tuber and leaves are utilized for different health purposes
Suggested Usage: take 1-2 ml (48-96 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water
