Directions Empty contents into a warm bath. Swirl until dissolved. Dim the lights,climb in and relax. Climb in and relax for 20 minutes. Put a warm washcloth over the nasal passages. To further calm achy muscles add 2 to 4 cups epsom salts.
Other Ingredients:Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Laurel, Marjoram and Black Pepper organic essential oils added into a blend of Epsom Salt, Dead Sea Salt, Dendritic Salt and Baking Soda
