Skin, Nails and Hair is a dietary supplement in tablet form. It contains MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), vitamin C, zinc and amino acids.

Zinc contributes to:

• maintaining normal condition of hair, nails, skin and bones,
• protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin C contributes to:

• normal functioning of the immune system,
• reduction of fatigue and exhaustion,
• normal collagen formation,

Red algae (L. corallioides): Is a small red algae that contains a wide range of essential nutrients including calcium, zinc, and silicon. Algae contains 70 trace minerals.
L-proline: This amino acid is abundant in collagen. It is important for its synthesis and recovery.
Copper contributes to normal energy metabolism, the activity of the nervous system and the normal function of the immune system.

Dosage and method of use
