How to take TEREZIA Reishi BIO:

Take 1 capsule twice a day before meals. The capsules should be swallowed whole with a drink of water or dispensed and the contents poured into food or water. The preparation is also suitable for long-term use.

Ingredients:

1 capsule contains 150 mg powder of whole lyophilized reishi mushroom ( Ganoderma lucidum  ) without admixture containing 33,20 mg ß-glucan ± 1,5%.

Capsule shell: cellulose.
