It is a mixture of 7 probiotic cultures, grapefruit extract, garlic, prebiotic fiber-inulin and probiotic culture: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacicus longus, Lactobacicus longus.

Total number of microorganisms 2 x 109 cfu / capsule. Other ingredients (per capsule) FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) – inulin 248 mg, Dried garlic 60 mg, Grepfruit extract (min 45% bioflavonoids) 130 mg, Magnesium stearate 2mg. The normal daily dose is 2 capsules once a day before meals. For optimum efficiency, we recommend using it for at least 2-3 months.
