Young green barley is due to its appearance and taste belongs to the so-called green foods such as chlorella and spirulina. Like these substances, green barley is characterized by a rich content of minerals, vitamins and amino acids. Of the vitamins, vitamin A and vitamin B12, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, are more prominent.
