• Psyllium from TOPNATUR is specially treated with steam. 
• Psyllium absorbs water more than twenty times due to its weight. As a result, it swells strongly when mixed with water, forming a soft gel that continues its absorption capacity in the digestive tract. This increases stool volume and promotes gentle bowel movement. It is not absorbed by our body and is not addictive. The fiber contained in this preparation optimizes the physiological function of the digestive tract, especially the small and large intestine. It is suitable for long-term and short-term use. It does not contain phytates, gluten or ingredients of milk or cereal origin.
