Mix 2 teaspoons (10 g) of psyllia fit & slim in 100 ml of water and drink thoroughly with at least 250 – 300 ml of water. It is recommended to take psyllium fit & slim before meals. Psyllium fit & slim can also be added to various meals, milkshakes or yoghurts. Remember to always drink another glass of water or other liquid. Psyllium fit & slim is not addictive.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should be consulted with their physician. Not suitable for children from 3 years. Do not take Psyllium fit & slim dry. There is a risk of asphyxiation if swallowed with insufficient fluid and with swallowing difficulties. Keep out of reach of children!
