How to use

• 1. HOT&COOL Mode + LED Lamp Mode

     – After use, press and hold the Hot&Cool button for about 1 second to turn off the device.

  2. EMS Lifting Function
     – Press and hold the EMS Lifting button for about 1 second to activate the function, then adjust the EMS intensity to your preference.
     – Place the EMS lifting head on the areas that need stimulation and gently massage.
